Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence across various platforms. In this role, you will develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business goals. The ideal candidate is a digital-savvy professional with a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of analytics, and a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Content Creation: Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, etc.) tailored for each platform.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build relationships with the online community.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
- Platform Management: Stay updated on platform trends, features, and algorithms to ensure optimal performance and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive messaging.
- Ad Management: Plan and manage social media ad campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Influencer Outreach: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand presence.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and an eye for design; experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization is a bonus.
